Sales Development Trainer

The Sales Development Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring our teams across the globe receive the training and support they need to become proficient in selling at RX, helping them to succeed in their roles whether they are a new hire going through onboarding or a tenured salesperson looking to refresh their sales skills.

Responsibilities:

Delivery of the RX Sales Onboarding training programme globallyDelivery of the Selling the RX Way training programme globallyCreating or adjusting training content in partnership with the wider Sales Enablement team to keep our sales training relevant and valuable to our sales teamsMaintaining onboarding content on our centrally-managed RX Sales training pagesProviding basic sales coaching support for new hires around sales challengesReviewing Onboarding progress, goals and feedback to identify areas where additional training or support for new hires may be requiredReviewing wider training feedback to identify and anticipate additional training globallyBeing an additional global point-of-contact for anyone with a sales new hire or training-related enquiry about Sales Onboarding and Selling the RX WayCreating and organizing new-hire training for specific roles within RX in partnership with the wider Sales Enablement teamProducing a monthly view of training and feedback/insights

Qualifications:

Bachelor's DegreeHas a least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales as a Sales TrainerHas demonstrable experience in early careers sales coachingHas sales experience in a B2B / solution-selling environmentHas experience of delivering fun and engaging training workshops to a global audience with varying sales experience levels and English language proficiencyHas experience of working with global teams that operate across time-zonesIs able to effectively identify and analyse problems and propose solutionsIs able to both actively listen to and effectively question to understand another’s viewpointIs able to challenge others where necessary and uphold training standardsKnowledge and experience of Value-Based Selling would be an advantage
