Primary Purpose of the Position: 

You will develop sales strategies, build strong sales team and nurture close working relationship with customers in order to achieve AOP volume and gross margin targets.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1. You will drive Growth & Increase Brand Equity

Consolidate and executes Sales AOP

Regularly track the performance of Sales, gross profit per brand, channel, and customer

Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing to provide accurate forecast and ensure adequate supply capability

2. You will oversee distribution growth & channel development

Develop the distribution strategy and ensures execution of business targets, monitors distribution, channel penetration and business growth through distribution optimization.

3. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities 

Evaluate the effectiveness of strategic and tactical sales activities in order to meet market demands. Collaborates and influences Marketing and Pricing to implement and control pricing policy

 

Primary Qualifications:

You have Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in business areas such as management/finance/ marketing/human resources/etc. 

You have 10 - 15 years experience in sales management with multiple brands and channels. Experience in tire/automotive industry or top tier similar (automotive). Has 5+ years of P+L responsibility. Understand and preferably has experience in B-to-B and B-to-B-to-C environment.    

You have strong leadership skills and ability to influence others

Yiu are able to work in  a matrix organization with local, regional and external stakeholders

You have direct experience managing a P&L

You have direct experience in leading large sales team, interacting with other functions

You have excellent command of written and spoken English 

You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

You are a good team player with potential to move into bigger roles, with short-term/long-term mobility to be reloated to other countries will be a plus.
