Your Role

Lead the strategic commercialization initiatives for the emerging business field of targeted mRNA delivery CDMO servicesHave an entrepreneurial mindset, be able to work independently and proactivelyDevelop a holistic commercial strategy and implementation plan aligned with overall company goals Identify and develop leads, engage and negotiate with customersCollaborate closely with R&D scientists to understand technological requirements and gaps Connect effectively with customers and stakeholders in the biotech sector, particularly in gene therapyRefine the business model and influence R&D initiatives based on market dynamics, and drive impact without direct authority

 

Location: Billierca, MA; Onsite min 1x week (Hybrid)

Travel:
