You manage, build and grow sales teams focused on acquiring new Fortune 1000 clients and managing existing ones using consultative sales techniques. You develop and implement effective strategic acquisition and growth strategies.

How you can make a difference: 

Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools. Execute national sales strategies that boost revenue and hold accountability for profit and loss. Conceptualize and create sales models, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and leading sales teams. Secure national deals by creating compensation plans for potential local and national accounts. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to outline the acquisition and account management support functions.  Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients. Develop the 90-day business plan strategy for the National Account module.  Manage the Salesforce reports, project plans, business cases and travel forms. 

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise  

Required qualifications: 

Experience: Five or more years of experience managing Sales Managers; Ten or more years of experience directing multi-national or global sales organizations for a national telecommunications service provider. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technical skills: Experience with database management; Understanding of PRI, VoIP, SIP, TDM, DS3, Ocn, Ethernet, managed services, private networks, MPLS and SaaS; Knowledge of equipment vendors; Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills: Prospecting, negotiation, social selling and English communication skills.  Abilities: Able to establish a national network of C-level executives. Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.  

Preferred qualifications:

Achieved 100% or greater quota attainment in 2022 or in 2023, but not below 90% in either year.Attained strategic product sales of at least 10% of total sales in 2023 with participation at or above 50%Generated sales funnel of 4x or greater in 2023 and strong overall KPI performance (Outreach; touches; high value touches such as F2F meetings, video calls; etc.)Prior sales leadership experience at the Director/VP level – 10+ yearsLarge team leadership experience – managing a team of 25 of moreStrategic/Managed Services Sales experience – 10+ yearsLarge Enterprise/National Account sales experience – 5+ yearsStrategic/National sales experience – 5+ years50% + overnight travel.Track record of leading a transactional, metric-driven go-to-market sales model. History of exceeding revenue targets and KPIs.
