What You Will Get to Do:

This role is focused on a range of products and services with the portfolio consisting of:

Fund administrationA wealth platform for pensions savings and investmentsAn enterprise digital platform for advisors, investors and policyholdersA unit registry platform focused on enabling fund managers and transfer agencies

Role Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop personal relationships with key and senior industry contactsEnsure a detailed understanding of our prospects business, products, strategy, requirements and understand the impact on SS&C’s service offering.Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, to effectively position SS&C in the marketSolicit and maintain a network of prospects and nurture contacts to help develop the sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing to execute campaigns etc.Achieve Year on Year Growth and individuals / team sales targets through understanding the financial drivers of stakeholders.Lead new business proposal processes through a deep understanding of SS&C’s products, services and technologies and how these can add value to a client's &/or prospect’s business.Lead all commercial and contractual negotiations with prospects .Act as the senior point of contact for new business opportunities.

Skills and Competencies:

Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy.Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory environment especially superannuation.Capable of developing and implementing long-term strategies to achieve business objectivesSolid understanding of operating models, business strategy, structure and product offeringStrong people skills with the ability to position complex technology and service solutionsProven sales capability – hitting goals and growing pipelineSales methodology experience desirableExcellent communication skills.Good analytical skills.Good verbal reasoning and numerical skills.

What You Will Bring:

5+ Year’s sales management experience.Proven track record in delivering growth targets and building executive relationships.Detailed knowledge of superannuation fund administration and associated services.Experience working with technology solutions desirable.Experienced in Superannuation & Wealth Management essential.Experience in Fund Administration desirable.
