Reporting to the Vice President of Sales EMEA, the Sales Director will lead the New Logo sales function covering the EMEA territory for our EPM and Controllership Business Units.
This critical position will be responsible for leading an existing sales team of 6 Sales Executives who are primarily new business focused.
The role involves communicating, implementing, and executing sales activities and strategies to maximise sales bookings in line with corporate objectives. You will also assume responsibility for accurately forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings.
You will be highly capable of developing and managing executive relationships by conducting business driven discussions, whilst also lead negotiation planning, strategy, and execution.
This position is a hybrid working opportunity.
What will you do?
Manage a direct sales team to deliver software bookings goalWork in conjunction with Professional Services team to drive services revenue into the regionDevelop and coach a specialist team of expert sellers to meet the highest standards of sales process and success.Direct sales activities, prioritise efforts, and hold the team accountable for building pipeline and executing each phase of the sales cycle.Drive a structured MEDDIC process with deal management.Coach and mentor sales team to uncover customer needs, develop champions, present specific use cases, demonstrate the differentiated value of insightsoftware products and services, and negotiate favourable pricing and terms by selling value and return on investment.Working in a fast-paced environment closing large strategic dealsHow will you get it done?
