As our Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing our Nalco Water Light sales operations across Australia. Reporting to the GM Nalco Water Light ANZ, your role will be to deliver profitable growth, customer value, innovation and service excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Nalco Water Light operations across Australia.

Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets, profitability, and market share growth.

Foster relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, with a core emphasis on manager development, including hiring, succession planning, and training.

Drive best practices, innovation, and total value delivered to customers, while ensuring growth and sales planning.

Achievement of commercial targets.

Collaborate with the Nalco Water Light SLT to drive strategic initiatives and align with company goals.

Our ideal candidate may have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Science, Environmental, Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in a leadership role within the water or related industry. business to business sector.

Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility and understanding of market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

Experience in managing and motivating inspiring teams towards achieving business objectives.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ability to travel with overnight stays
