Set strategy for the Region, coach U.S Sales team to execute the strategy. Drive team to meet AOP goals.Be responsible to manage entire sales team as well as work closely with Service Manager to ensure high quality support to customer base for Americas Region.Manage Team Budgets, Forecasts, QBR’s, Employee reviews etc.Make key decisions when dealing with customers from a pricing and support standpoint.Set Quotas for team. Utilize data to make equitable decisions on quota allotment.Deepen relationships with high level personnel at OSATS and Fabless Companies.Stay closely engaged with Intel Sr. Management to assure continued success with AS and APMR products.Spend more time learning and working with APMR team and products. Take lead role in driving and working with AS BU to promote sales in US.Attend bi-weekly SD call and be prepared to deliver hi-lights and low-lights in meeting.
University degree with >10 years of sales experience
