Vitality Living is currently hiring for an experienced Sales Director with a proven record of success.
As Sales Director, you will
• Manage sales metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, closing sales (deposits), and move-ins.
• Secure deposits from prospective residents and assist the management team in coordinating the resident move-in process.
• Conduct virtual and in-person tours of community for professionals and community influencers.
• Plan and host special events for both prospects and referral sources
• Report out on sales, marketing and occupancy activity as well as maintain an up to date CRM database.

The most successful candidate will have
• 3 or more years of successful experience in leasing and sales with senior housing experienced preferred.
• Demonstrated traits of accountability, meeting high expectations, confidence, goal-orientation, and a desire to succeed.
• Sales skills including persuasiveness, customer service, active listening, and adherence to the company’s sales systems.
• Strong English language written and verbal communication skills, with the expectation to conduct a predetermined number of outbound sales calls each day.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with a CRM.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver license and have access to a car, ability to do outreach appointments.
