What you will do

Develop the sales of Oracle Cloud Applications across your territory in the large-enterprise segment, ensuring excellence in sales management. You’ll use your industry knowledge to deliver compelling market propositions and to support your sales team.

Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Applications (ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX) Implement the Oracle Applications strategy throughout your territory, with specific industry plans Manage your team’s performance and development with objectives, targets, and regular 1:1 feedback, towards a culture of results achievement and strong customer engagement Develop long-term, sustainable relationships with senior-level customers and partners Collaborate in a matrix organization, engaging colleagues to achieve common goals and make joint decisions
