This is an amazing opportunity for a campus wide Sales Director in our Bellevue Washington Community. This beautiful community is already up and running with its AL/ Memory Care and we are very excited about the Independent Living that is currently under development. The right person for us will have great leadership skills and the ability to keep the sales team excited and motivated. 

What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

Provide service moments and a customer experience unlike any other communitySell the vision of the community through storytellingUnderstand and demonstrate a strategic approach to sales with proven success in advancing sales relationships towards move-inPlan, organize, and participate in marketing eventsMaintain an accurate lead database with daily strategic useBuild brand awareness through strategic community partnerships and outreach effort

What you will need to be considered for this position:

1-3 years’ experience in a lead sales role, preferably in hospitality or senior care Proven sales recordExcellent communication skillsHigh emotional intelligence Strong business acumenExtensive experience with lead tracking software and reportingStrong skills in Excel
