Flotation represents one of Nalco Water’s key strategic segments and areas of investment. You’ll be responsible for leading the flotation growth efforts in NA, including sales team development and coaching. Through outstanding industry credibility in mineral processing and value creation for our customers, you will lead a sales team which will create, communicate and capture value in flotation applications.

Training programs are held in the field and at Nalco Water Headquarters in Naperville, IL; travel is arranged and paid for by Nalco Water. Based on your skill level and experience, topics covered may include technology, product, service, business and industry acumen, direct coaching and mentoring, sales management and leadership, classroom training and certifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
