Sales Education Associate
Work Flexibility: Onsite

As our Sales Education Associate for our Ear, Nose, Throat division you will be responsible for conducting technical training courses for sales representatives and reseller partners in the use of complex situations for multiple products. Interacting with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.  Preparing lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. Working with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructing participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Following up to determine applicability of course material. 


• Basic product and procedural knowledge
• Basic understanding of competitive landscape
• Basic understanding of the sales operations and selling process
• General understanding of key customer groups
• Basic understanding of educational program design
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
• Support the planning and execution of sales education courses and programs
• Basic understanding of how we deliver training
• Assist in gathering data and information from education programs
• Understands that our Sales Education strategy supports our business strategy
• Understands the importance and process of budgeting
• Understands who are the key stakeholders and their roles
• Understands sales education workstreams
• Understands corporate branding guidelines
• Understand commonly used communication tools

What You Will Need
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 0+ years of work experience required
• MBA preferred
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
• Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Travel Percentage: 40%
