Zebra Technologies is searching for an experienced, highly motivated Sales Effectiveness Manager to join our growing team.  We are seeking a creative and innovative individual with extensive project management experience in B2B. 

 

This role, within our Sales Transformation and Operations organization, manages the creation and execution of targeted Sales Plays (ranging from a growth initiative to a portfolio launch).  Sales Plays are top strategic initiatives within Zebra, aiming to accelerate growth via repeatable, integrated, data-driven sales & marketing efforts.

 

Strong candidates will have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks across cross-functional teams, and skills to drive execution.

 

The Sales Effectiveness Manager will work collaboratively with teams that span sales enablement, sales operations, and marketing to develop and execute effective sales campaigns.  You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, building Sales Plays, and ensuring effective execution of the Plays after launch.


Responsibilities:
Overesee the creation of Sales Plays, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectivesManage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks across projects to meet deadlinesChecks progress regularly against the plan and makes adjustments to optimize execution. Recommends alternative opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Documents progress against the project plan throughout the project. Formulates status reports and presents to the team and immediate manager. Status reports are expected to be concise summaries, tailored to the audience - from leadership down to individual contributors. Personally knowledgeable on most aspects of the program, down to a reasonable level of detail.Has the ability to see cross-functional impacts of decisions and project plans and execution. Shares those impacts along with associated risks with leadership. Balances scope, schedule and budget considerations to adjust the project with minimal impact to the business.Independently engages additional resources as needed to address obstacles or delays. Adjusts the plan per management guidelines as delays or obstacles are experienced.Leads multiple limited to moderate scope projects simultaneously or manage part of a larger program with moderate guidance from management. May manage simpler, multi-team projects with similar resources and budgets.Work with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales messaging, collateral, and training materialsMonitor and report on the success of Sales Play and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree8+ years of relevant experience in both operational and field sales experience (B2B preferred)Proven track record of managing and executing successful sales campaignsDemonstrated comfort in presenting to mid to senior level cross functional audiences Intermediate to advanced skills in PC based documentation tools including MS Office and MS Project  

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification preferredInnovative mindset that demonstrates a high level of imagination and creativity to solve complex organization and process issuesIntermediate to advanced communication and facilitation skills. Salary: USD 104400.00 - USD 156600.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
