Homes.com is seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our Sales Effectiveness team. This role supports go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and ongoing operational processes for the Homes.com sales team. Sales Effectiveness oversees a broad range of functions including implementing coaching and training programs, establishing standardized sales practices and business processes, implementing efficiency tools, and working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and IT teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As part of the Sales Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, assisting in strategizing and executing new projects, and ensuring accountability for meeting timelines and complex deliverables.

**Necessary skills and abilities** **: **
+ Proficiency in project and program management and reporting
+ Process design and documentation for sales and servicing
+ Ability to leverage data insights and team best practices to design actionable solutions
+ Originating work products from scratch
+ Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on, results-driven approach
+ A can-do attitude, strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and willingness to figure out what it takes to win and mobilize against the vision
+ Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions amidst ambiguity
+ Desire to be a part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaininga high level of productivity
+ Strong organizational skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail
+ Eagerness to gain in-depth product and market knowledge to inform decision-making
**Key** **Responsibilities:** ** **
+ Lead initiatives from strategy phase through execution including defining objectives, success criteria, and outcome metrics,design of solutions, change management, and implementation
+ Manage project timelines including holding internal teams and stakeholders accountable for deadlines, clear input, and direction
+ Regularly communicate progress on projects and tasks, promptly flagging any potential risks or challenges, and seek clarification as needed tofoster an open line of communication and collaboration
+ Analyze current operations to identify areas for improvement, applying process improvement and problem-solving strategies. Develop and implement solutions, which may include process redesign, new tools, or innovative workflows, from concept to successful delivery
+ Develop and deliver high-quality documentation, presentations, and other materials to support initiatives, tailored to specific audiences
+ Bring creative ideas to brainstorming sessions and ad-hoc projects
+ Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of new programs and initiatives
**Basic Qualifications:** ** **
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
+ A track record of commitment to prior employers.
+ 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, sales, or a related field
+ Excellent verbal and communication skills
+ Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, where you have successfully led initiatives to drive measurable outcomes
+ Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and executives to communicate project updates, results, and recommendations
+ Strong problem-solving skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
**Preferred Qualifications:** ** **
+ Detail-oriented and able to execute multiple projects at various stages of development.
+ Experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Teamwork, Wrike or equivalent
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on urgency.
+ Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ Experience working with large sales or operational teams in high-growth settings
