Overview:

HotSpot Parking, a subsidiary of Arcadis, was formed in 2013, to provide a mobile parking application that would meet the needs of mid-sized municipalities administrators, residents, and visitors. Since then, HotSpot has successfully developed and deployed a wide suite of parking software products, including, but not limited to, Digital Permits, Mobile App, Validation, License Plate Recognition, and Citation Management, across North America. The focus is on providing high-quality, easy-to-use software with a high level of customer service which allows us to expand our suite of products within our existing partnerships and reach other stakeholders, with over 100 installations in Municipalities, Universities, Health Authorities, Airports, and Private Operators, HotSpot is expanding up-market and into new geographical locations. This position is based in Fredericton, NB, but is flexible for a hybrid work week remote/in-office.This position is focused on Sales Support and Administrative tasks.

Today, HotSpot is focused on increasing our product offering and expanding across North America. HotSpot’s solutions encompass a digital-first approach to parking that is agile to adapt to evolving technology and best practices. HotSpot provides value to clients through continuous improvement of automating manual processes, minimizing hardware requirements and costs, and promoting an economical, sustainable approach to parking operations.

At HotSpot we solve problems first and focus on building and engaging long-term relationships.Understands that metrics don't lie - is data-driven and will develop core KPIs while working with our existing sales infrastructure and tools.Has experience in managing or being managed in a previous sales environment and is a self-starter.Outgoing personality, with a track record of staying motivated and empowering yourself and others to promote simultaneously winning.You have a “never quit attitude”, and “lead by example” mentality and maintain honesty and transparency with your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Supporting responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for private and public entities, through document creation, form finalization, printing, mailing, tracking, etc.CRM analysis and reporting (Salesforce)Support product & service sales by creating quotes, statements of work, and routine follow-up with clients.Accountable to set KPI’s for activities and targets.Working directly with the Sales Enablement Supervisor and Senior Sales Manager.Working closely with the account management and marketing teams to cross and upsell product.Refine and develop the sales support process to optimize the team as we adjust to changing environments.Supporting outbound sales development through cold calls, email, attending conferences, social channels, etc.

 

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years in a sales team, B2G, and/or B2B experience beneficialStrong communication skills in written, verbal, PowerPoint, and Excel.Attention to detail, and natural problem solverCRM experience (Salesforce is a bonus)Strong analytics skills to identify patterns and trends.Bilingualism is a bonus (French and/or Spanish)
