What the job involves:
The Sales Enablement Programs & Onboarding Intern will work with the JLL Work Dynamics Sales Enablement team to bring initiatives, information and insights to our sales teams and support an industry-leading sales onboarding experience for new salespeople. The person in this role will impact and gain insight into a $1B global sales organization by engaging in strategic sales programs and process development, sales onboarding development and delivery, and client, prospect, and competitor research all for the benefit of Work Dynamics sales professionals. Across these areas the person taking this role should have a passion for sales, learning and technology with as an ability to influence people across different teams and organizational levels. This role will be based in Chicago or San Francisco, with global reach across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
As a Sales Enablement & Operations Intern at JLL, you will:
Sales Programs: Partner to enhance and deliver sales programs, processes and reporting for a global sales organization.
Sales Onboarding: Develop and deliver enhancements and outcomes for new salespeople via Work Dynamics industry-leading Sales Onboarding Program.
Strategic Analysis: Assess clients, competitors, and deals as part of our Company Profile, Competitive Intelligence and Win/Loss Debrief Programs.
Sales Learning Development: Create and enhance sales learning initiatives, including e-learnings, sales scenarios, experiential activities and instructor led learnings.
Learning Content and Platform: Use industry leaning Seismic content management and Seismic Learning LMS to create interfaces and distribute learning content to salespeople.

Education, Skills, and Experience
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting.
Sales enablement, sales, marketing, program/project management, communications, or consulting experience working with or around sales teams and sales environments.
Experience with sales onboarding, training, or e-learning development.
Strong relationship skills, both within a team and with engaging a diverse set of business partners across all levels of the organization.
Ability to organize and analyze data both to report and recognize trends.
Creative individual who approaches challenges with original ideas and innovative solutions.
Experience managing projects with multiple business groups/users.
Experience with global initiatives, people, and cultures.
Strong written and verbal communications with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills across functional groups.
High-clock speed and ability to work without constant oversight or a support team.
Inherent drive and desire for continuous improvement.
Professional, positive demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Extremely organized, self-starter, with strong attention to details.
Strong work ethic, creative problem solver, and team player.
Ability to operate strategically and tactically based on business need.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
8,400.00 – 9,600.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
