Headquartered in Malvern, PA, CPI is supported by: >2,000 global associates, 7 manufacturing sites, 11 corporate offices and national field service organization. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING** As a Sales Enablement Manager, your primary goal is to help our Retail Checkout Sales team sell more effectively and efficiently in today’s increasingly competitive market. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales - Retail, you will support the sales team through a combination of multiple sales functions, serving as the liaison between internal (sales, marketing, product management, customer service) and external customers. You will be responsible for: + Providing the team with necessary resources to maximize productivity and sales, including the oversight of content, tools, technology, KPI’s, training programs, strategies and initiatives. + Analyzing performance data to inform and influence overall sales strategy and pinpoint gaps in internal knowledge and/or skillset. + Supporting the back-office sales functions, removing administration functions from our sales force, and collaborating with cross-functional teams that will allow CPI to meet customer needs, regulatory needs, and drive business growth. The Sales Enablement Manager will have a direct impact on our retail business, and is responsible for: + Project manage the full customer journey from lead to invoice for our retail customers.
