Overall Responsibilities: In this role you will report into the enablement team where you will be responsible for assisting in the continued development and administration of our various sales enablement initiatives. You will assist in maintaining both our internal and external LMS systems, reviewing and updating our existing content to ensure that it continues to be relevant and up to date. You will also be supporting our sellers as they leverage those tools while also working with the team facilitating the development of new learning modules. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: (3+ bullets of the main responsibilities on the assignment) Review content stored in our learning management systems and ensure that it’s up to date and applicable Assist in the smooth day-to-day client Classroom learning experience. Helping with issues from users, documenting solutions, collecting and reporting data and working with content contributors to drive positive learning outcomes for the team Supporting the broader enablement team with creating new learning modules.
