Sales Enablement Specialist

This position is responsible for reviewing, developing, and scaling enablement programs to support the Risk Sales, Account Management, BDR, and Pre-Sales Technical Teams and ensure that the team has the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to effectively sell Origami’s solutions. This position reports to sales leadership but works closely with Product Management, Marketing, Learning and Development and various SMEs to define the enablement roadmap and execute it at scale.

 

Responsibilities Onboarding and Training: Designs and oversees the onboarding process for new sales reps. Develops training programs that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights to ensure new hires are quickly ramped up and productive.Content Development: Works with Product Management and Marketing to create and maintain a library of sales enablement content, including sales playbooks, product documentation, competitive analyses, and customer case studies. Ensures all materials are up-to-date and aligned with current messaging and product offerings.Product Marketing and Messaging: Collaborates with the product and marketing teams to develop and refine product messaging and positioning. Ensures the sales team is equipped with compelling value propositions and competitive differentiators.Sales Tools and Technology: Evaluates, implements, and manages sales enablement tools and technologies that enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. Provides training and support to ensure the sales team maximizes these tools.Performance Metrics: Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Uses data-driven insights to make informed decisions and demonstrate the impact of sales enablement efforts.Sales Coaching and Support: Provides ongoing coaching and support to the sales team. Conducts regular check-ins, provides feedback, and facilitates skill development to ensure continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with the sales, marketing, product, professional services, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support company-wide initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive overall business success.Sales Culture & Competition: Partners with Sales Leadership to ensure enablement activities are designed in a way that amplifies the Sales Culture and fun quotient associated with learning, intellectual curiosity, and competition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.5+ years in sales or sales effectiveness roles. Strong preference for experience in fast-growing SaaS environments. Deep understanding of sales plays, processes, and methodologies.Strong project management skills with the ability to hit milestones and drive results.Experience with change management and a passion for helping others succeed in sales.Engaging and capable of delivering inspirational and motivational training sessions and hosting events.Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners and effectively engage with Senior Leadership.Experience leading a team preferred.
