Job Description
An employer is looking to add a Sales Enablement Specialist to our client's team. This person will become our client's in-house sales platform expert, providing internal teams with training and on-going support across tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Winmo and Gong. The Sales Enablement Specialist will work with our client's sales leadership and external vendors to maximize productivity across our sales tools, including communicating new capabilities, developing improved processes, and providing general best practices. Additional responsibilities include researching, vetting and onboarding new tools to support our client's sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a Salesforce Administrator Certificate or something similar.

Skills and Requirements
Salesforce Administration Certification plus 2+ years' experience in corporate application (company size 100+)
Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to establish and maintain rapport with external and internal teams
Demonstrated confidence and discipline to work independently Experience in digital advertising sales or a sales organization, to understand the needs of seller
Extensive experience working with Salesforce as a "super user" with the ability to train others on how to best utilize * Experience in Salesforce B2B Marketing Analytics
Experience with Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement, including:
Campaigns, Automation Rules, Advanced Segmentation, List Emails/Engagement Studio
Experience working in Gong, Winmo (or other relevant lead generation tool), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seismic, Showpad or Docusign null
