Learn more at experianplc.com. We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who is eager to join a startup atmosphere and collaborate with internal partners to drive results. This is a great opportunity to join a team and help build something new by working to integrate multiple acquisitions into common sales enablement tools, processes, and goals. The Sales Enablement Specialist, reporting to the VP of Sales Strategy and Enablement, will be an ad hoc utility team member who will have diverse set of responsibilities to support functions across sales enablement to serve as a versatile support resource for different sales enablement initiatives. You will service as a utility team member for the sales enablement and operations team with the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience. Overflow Support: Assist sales enablement and operations leads with tasks that exceed their capacity, ensuring continuity and efficiency. Provide additional resources and support during peak times or special projects Training and Onboarding: Help develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members. Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed Data Management and Analysis: Maintain and analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making processes Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales operations to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and new tools to enhance the sales workflow Resource Management: Manage sales enablement materials, ensuring they are current and accessible. Gather feedback internally to improve resources and tools Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration across different departments RFP Support: Assist RFP Proposal Manager with RFP's as well as updating and maintaining content in Responsive RFP Tool. Ad Hoc Projects Take on sales enablement and operations projects and tasks to support the overall sales enablement and operations strategy. Provide versatile support wherever it is most needed. You will work from home in this fully remote position.
