**Ideal Candidate for this position:**
You are passionate about developing a team of sales and training leaders. You combine mastery of mobile technology with the ability to inspire and foster a high-performance culture. You have experience leading training programs at a national level across Canada and the U.S., ensuring consistency and effectiveness across diverse markets.
You'll be the driving force to ensure our team of sales managers have the knowledge and skills to effectively build relationships, manage accounts, and grow sales.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Core responsibilities of the Sales Enablement Trainer role:**
●Developing training strategies that maximize engagement, retention, and adoption.
●Consulting and collaborating with program stakeholders to gain a better understanding of the business needs. Ensure training is integrated into the relevant partner training programs.
●Adapting and localizing training content. Conduct TTT (train-the-trainer) sessions that ensure field team members deliver high-quality training.
●Providing effective training and education to elevate the field team's skills and service experience to support the go-to-market strategies in order to drive sales.
●Collaborating with the regional sales managers (RSMs) to support regional priorities, training assessments, projects, and business objectives.
●Leading by example to train teams on product and selling techniques. Develops new creative ways to sell and demonstrate products to work in stores to promote sales.
●Leading national training initiatives across Canada and the U.S., ensuring alignment with program objectives and regional market needs.
●Traveling to support field training, and representing the program at internal and external events.
●Providing ongoing feedback and insight to maximize retail training impact, platforms and resources.
●Maintaining an in-depth technical knowledge of the mobile phone industry.
●Supporting special projects and programs as needed.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
●Degree in Education, adult learning, facilitation/training, coaching, instructional design, or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience
●Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
●Proficiency in training content creation and instructional design including building SCORM files
●Intimate knowledge of adult learning principles and experience teaching adult audiences.
●You are a consummate researcher and learner who keeps up to speed with industry trends
●You are an innate people developer, proficient teacher, and skilled coach
●Proven track record of creating and delivering impactful and engaging training programs that meet or exceed KPIs.
●Ability to collaborate with coworkers, client stakeholders, sales managers, and customers.
●Proficient at managing multiple competing deliverables.
●Able to balance autonomy and collaboration.
**Preferred experience**
●Proficiency with Chromebook, Google Workspace and the Android platform.
●Experience with existing LMS platform vendors such as Intellum, Axonify and/or Halight
●Experience with experimental learning solutions, such as micro learning and/or gamified learning
● Experience utilizing AI-driven solutions to enhance and diversify content offerings.
●5+ years experience working in the mobile phone industry.
●5+ years experience delivering product and sales training.
●3+ years experience with content creation and/or instructional design experience
