Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Expertise:
Leverage your technical knowledge to understand customer needs and articulate the value of our HVAC solutions to clients in various sectors, including manufacturing, property management, healthcare, and government. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities across diverse industries. Industry & Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to position Goodway Technologies as a leader in the HVAC space. Sales Presentations:
Deliver engaging and customized presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating how our products address their specific challenges and enhance their operations. Inside Sales & Phone Sales:
Utilize your experience in phone-based sales to connect with clients, nurture leads, and close deals. Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to final sale.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business or a related field. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably with a background in phone sales. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain mechanical equipment functionality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and to represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
