Danfoss Climate Solutions, a global market leader in energy efficiency products and technologies in its core markets of HVAC-R, is looking for a Sales Engineer based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan to join our CAU team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholders managing relations with existing customers under his/her area of responsibility, developing strategies to achieve the company's set turnover and profitability targets, and increasing market share as well asgaining new markets and customers.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Development and support of sales of Danfoss Climate solution in Uzbekistan Working with existing and potential customers, searching and attracting new customers Organizing and conducting personal meetings, negotiations, and presentations with responsible persons of customers Support and development of a partner network in the region Organization of seminars (including technical ones) in the assigned territory Support of contracts with clients Collection and processing of information on the regional market for Climate solution equipment (including customer needs, competitor analysis, pricing policy, etc.). The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Bachelor’s or Master`s degree in Thermal engineering 5+ years of experience in Climate solution sales and support function Proficient understanding of the HVAC systems market, coupled with practical expertise in heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technologies Experienced and skilled in channel and/or partner management Has a good understanding of the market with a strong application knowledge Collaborate with others in a matrix organization Fluent in Russian, Uzbek, and English Holds a driver's license for vehicles in category B.
