Sales Engineer
Hiring a Full-Time Sales Engineer!

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with deep expertise in critical component manufacturing and a proven track record in selling technical solutions to industries such as electronics, aerospace, technology, semiconductors, oil & gas, government, and energy. The ideal candidate is a skilled hunter, capable of independently driving revenue growth by identifying and closing medium- to large-account opportunities. While experience in electroplating or surface finishing technologies is a plus, a deep understanding of the manufacturing process for critical components is essential.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue medium- to large-account opportunities to drive revenue growth.Independently manage complex sales cycles and exceed sales targets.Travel at least 30% of the time to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in events.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries.Leverage deep knowledge of precious metal plating technologies to enhance product offerings.Essential SkillsTechnical salesEngineeringProject ManagementBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred)5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or technical roles within relevant industriesProven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles independentlyAdditional Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of precious metal plating technologies (e.g., gold, platinum, rhodium, palladium) and their applicationsFamiliarity with general manufacturing processes such as machining, stamping, forming, grinding, and drawingAbility to connect manufacturing processes to advanced metallization solutionsWork Environment

Initially onsite for the first couple of months to learn about product and process. The role will be flexible after that, but onsite presence is preferred most of the time. The work environment leverages cutting-edge plating technology, and there is no cap on commissions that can be earned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00
