Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders. You will also provide technical support and guidance on pre-engineered metal framing systems and collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close sales opportunities to drive business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.Provide technical support and guidance to clients on pre-engineered metal framing systems.Address technical inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, estimates, and technical specifications.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and the competitive landscape.Enhance knowledge of pre-engineered metal framing systems and their applications.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the advantages and value of our products and services.Tailor presentations to meet specific client needs and requirements.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.Work closely with the engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.Essential Skills5-10 years of sales engineering experience in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on pre-engineered metal framing.Strong technical knowledge of metal framing systems and their applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Work Environment

This position is 100% in-office with occasional site visits and networking events. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.26
