We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join the team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our services related to marine diesel engines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen while serving as a key liaison between our company and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate relationships with ship owners and ship managers to promote our ship repair and maintenance service offerings related to diesel engines Serve as a subject matter expert on marine diesel engines, providing technical guidance and support to clients Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field Hands-on experience working in engine rooms aboard vessels, with a strong understanding of marine diesel engines Previous experience in a sales or technical sales role, preferably within the maritime industry Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly and effectively to clients Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits Benefits:
