Sales Engineer – Outside Sales
Location: Remote – Preferably Southeast U.S. (Florida or surrounding areas). Relocation assistance available.
Compensation: Base salary ~$85,000 + up to 25% performance-based bonus; total first-year compensation $100,000-$110,000.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for a proactive sales professional with a hunter mentality, eager to build relationships and drive sales within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a network of sales leads and sources. Identify client needs and provide tailored product solutions. Deliver technical presentations and training to customers. Manage post-sale customer relationships and issue resolution. Maintain detailed sales reports and provide sales forecasts. Develop marketing proposals and participate in industry workshops.Required Skills and Qualifications:
