**YOUR ROLE**
+ Effectively manage key accounts with focus on providing technical sales support and saturating business potential within account.
+ Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.
+ Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
+ Executes pricing actions.
+ Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
+ Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
+ Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined accounts.
**YOUR SKILLS**
+ Bachelors of Science or Engineering in a technical or business discipline is required.
+ 5 to 10 years of technical sales experience and experience working with major/key accounts is required.
+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally (>50% of the time). Travel to Mexico will be required.
+ Team leadership experience desired.
+ Up-to-date computer skills including strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
+ Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ The global ownership of the budget to manage is greater than 5M euro’.
+ Preference is for candidate to live in Michigan.
The salary for this role is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
