How do you excel in this position\n

The Sales Engineer is responsible to engage an assigned list of existing and prospective accounts seeking to learn how Stark Equipment's Critical Power Division can help align Siemens product and service offerings with current and future facility infrastructure needs. This position will focus on providing design assistance, configure product offerings and help set pricing strategies for power distribution equipment on new applications and existing facility critical power equipment. Successful performance will be directly related to achieving revenue & gross profit targets & account management attainment benchmarks.\n

What are we looking for:\n\nAt least 5 years of industry (power distribution) experience required.\nTechnical understanding of Electrical Power systems required.\nCapability to mentor and foster a healthy team environment.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\nMust be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.\nAbility to drive individual sales success.\nIn-depth knowledge of the market.\nStrong account management capabilities.\n\n

The advertised compensation range for this position represents what we believe, at the time of posting, to be competitive and acceptable by reviewing comprehensive market data to include industry, and roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range, wage will be determined by several factors including candidate knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.\n

This is a base salary, and the position also includes eligibility for a variable sales bonus. There is potential for a sales start-up assistance program.
