Responsibilities:
· Process customer enquiries for spare parts in railway system
· Prepare and negotiate offers with local customers
· Coordinate proposal with oversea headquarters
· Evaluate specific business opportunities for products / solutions
· Resolve customer issues with the support from oversea headquarters
· Contribute to the development of an After Sales Service that is focused on customers' needs
· Build and maintain a customer focused network for business development in the railway industry
· Plan sales volumes and potential of target customers
· Provide information via CRM for forecasts and planning
Requirements:
· Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Marketing discipline.
· At least 6 years or above solid experience in sales for industrial product or spare parts.
· Good command of English and Cantonese.
· Team player, able to work in complex environment and under pressure.
· Proactive and able to work autonomously on resolving customer issues.
