Sales Engineer (Thailand)   Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to work closely with the existing Account Manager to manage the existing direct customer portfolio and also leverage on his/her business expertise to promote and sell fastener solution products to expand our client’s market share.
The ideal candidate would be someone experienced in selling components to the electronics/automotive industry and about to work well as an Individual Contributor.

Working Arrangement: Remote, Work-From-Home
Location: Thailand, Bangkok.
  Job Responsibilities Present technical product solutions to clients, addressing their specific engineering requirements. Identify and engage potential customers in target industries, including electronics and automotive industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales growth. Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress in CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.   Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 3 years working experience in technical sales or engineering roles. Experience in selling fastener solutions, components to electronics/automotive industries will be an advantage. Ability to work as a Individual Contributor, able to manage their own timeline to increase efficiency. A team player who is able to work well with multiple team members as well as guiding Junior members of the team as well. Good communication skills and good internal/external stakeholder management.
