**EchoStar** has an exciting opportunity in our **Hughes Network Systems** division for a **Sales Engineering Intern** . This position will be located at our **Germantown, MD** office. **Responsibilities:** + Support in building solution packages around Cybersecurity, Software Defined WAN, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) that convey the value proposition around Hughes offerings. + Contribute in the development of a quoting template that simplifies the pricing process for network, security and digital media solutions. + Support categorization of RFP responses by leveraging internal tools and helping in providing more efficient, speedy responses. **Basic Requirements:** + Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. + Must have 60 credit hours completed by June 2025 + 3.0 GPA or above **Preferred Qualifications:** + Basic understanding of SD-WAN, networking concepts. + Cybersecurity knowledge a plus. + Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies. + Strong communication skills and articulate ideas and concepts clearly.
