A Day in the Life:Help grow and build our Roofing Service businessWork with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clientsCommunication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunitiesRegular follow-up on quotes and tendersAttend association, industry, and networking eventsPlan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the clientWork with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely mannerComplete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely mannerAbility to conduct presentations virtuallySupporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
What You Bring:Experience working in the roofing/construction industryAbility to develop and maintain strong relationshipsEntrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the businessExperienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCAD)Clear understanding of contract documents
