The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes to a diverse range of customers in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, machining, die design, die build, die maintenance, and die changes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the stamping and tooling industries, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships. **Essential Functions:** + Provide quotes to a wide variety of customers in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, machining, die design, die build, die maintenance, and die changes. + Communicate customer requirements and standards to appropriate internal personnel and suppliers. + Develop, grow, and maintain working relationships with customers. + Provide documented quotes that capture all costs and timing using standardized quote forms and methods. + Reconcile quote documents with final job cost reports to gain data for future quoting purposes and process improvement of existing work. + Use and maintain a CRM program and follow up with customers on all quotes. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Excellent communication and customer service skills. + Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Word. + Understanding of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, and tooling design and build. + Experience in the stamping and tooling industries. + Strong sales and marketing skills, knowledge, and ability. + Ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, etc. + A relentless drive to grow the business.
