Apply now for the position of Sales Excellence CRM Professional Italy, and you will play a key role in optimizing and managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve the performance of our sales teams and ensure operational excellence. You will be responsible for administering the CRM software, training and supporting sales-people, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of customer and sales opportunity information. Additionally, you will participate in strategic decisions regarding resource allocation and contribute to a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Your role:• Manage and maintain the CRM software, ensuring its proper functioning and adaptation to the company’s needs.• Become the company's reference point on CRM issues to promote Commercial Excellence and provide guidance for future Shareville improvements.• Support sales reps to regularly update customer data and sales opportunities in the CRM.• Resolve technical issues and continuously improve the CRM system.• Train sales teams on optimal CRM usage.• Provide ongoing support to salespeople to ensure they enter accurate customer and opportunity information.• Develop guides and resources to facilitate CRM usage.• Produce regular reports on sales performance and trends from CRM data.• Analyze customer data to identify sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.• Transform data into actionable and relevant insights for teams• Ensure alignment of all company stakeholders (Sales Management, Marketing, Service, Finance) through CRM performance indicators (KPIs).• Work closely with relevant departments to align CRM objectives with overall company goals.• Participate in strategic meetings to provide insights based on CRM data.• Participate in driving change within the organization.• Contribute to a deep understanding of market dynamics and the evolution of competitors' market shares.• Optimize the customer base and participate in strategic decisions for resource allocation (sales force, service) by targeting commercial priorities or making No Go decisions.• Improve the conversion rate of prospects.• Ensure retention of existing customers.• Provide accurate information on delivery dates and product shipments.• Ensure visibility on the revenue bridge funnel.• Participate in the evolution of the installed base.• Participate in conducting the NPS survey to measure customer satisfaction levels.

Your expertise:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing CRM systems, preferably in the medical equipment sector or a similar industry. Prior experience in CRM, sales, business analysis, or growth management is appreciated and Experience in management consulting is a plus.• Strong data analysis skills, ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Excellent mastery of MS Excel and databases and CRM software operations knowledge.• Ability to train and support teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills.• mother tongue Italian and proficiency English.• Leadership and ability to influence the organization to make the right business decisions based on KPIs.• Results-oriented, Project management capabilities, Analytical and synthetic mindset, Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively, Autonomy and proactivity• Must be willing to travel up to 30% as required.• Preferably located in Lombardia Region
