Job Summary:

The Sales Executive within HUB’s People & Technology Consulting (P&T) will help to drive the growth and success of the practice by developing and expanding business opportunities through HUB regions and direct external sourcing. This role collaborates closely with HUB regional producers, account teams, and P&T leaders to strategically align sales efforts with the broader objectives of the practice and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new client opportunities by building relationships with internal HUB regional producers, account teams, and external sources.Engage with HUB regional producers and account teams to maximize P&T referrals and expansion of business with HUB clients and prospects.Collaborate with P&T team leaders to evaluate, scope, and close new business.Develop and execute growth strategies in partnership with P&T leadership to expand the practice's market presence and achieve revenue targets.Lead consultative discussions with prospects to understand their challenges, tailor solutions, and successfully close new business.Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement, proactive problem-solving, and identifying opportunities for additional value.Educate clients, producers, and account teams on P&T’s value, services and offerings.Prepare/assist in contracting of clients and any required administrative set up.Develop and maintain current knowledge of HUB’s core business partners and their products.Maintain and optimize sales pipeline visibility using HUB’s CRM system (CORE), ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and performance metrics.Attend and participate in ongoing education for industry knowledge.Support P&T operations as necessary with ongoing contract management such as collections, contract extensions and relationship maintenance.Represent HUB P&T as a thought leader and brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Five to ten years business-to-business sales experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in the HR, Technology, or Insurance industryDemonstrated ability and experience with building trust and working in a collaborative environmentAbility to work with producers and account managers at all levels effectivelyA deep understanding of the entire sales and client service processProven track record for meeting or exceeding revenue targetsA consultative, positive and resourceful approach to interacting with prospects, clients and associatesStrong organization and time management skillsExcellent listening skillsStrong written and verbal communicationsHigh level of energy and personal drive; goal orientedThe preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Required Travel:

Ability to travel nationally as needed based upon client needs.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 plus commission which is paid on a monthly pay cycle, with no draw. As such, the applicable wage range will be derived from the successful candidate’s closed sales transactions. The commission structure varies based on scope of work and book of business. The salary range will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
