Position Overview:
We are seeking an Enterprise level Translation Sales Executive to join Propio, one of the top 10 largest translation companies and currently the fastest-growing player in the language services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth with a focus on presenting our AI based solutions. A successful candidate must be confident in developing and communicating custom translation solutions tailored to meet large enterprise needs. Key Responsibilities:
Developing and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts with the ability to source and close new logosPresenting Propio’s offerings to business executives and providing insight to their team about how our competitive advantages are a value-add to their end-user experienceBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients by providing top-tier service supported by industry specific knowledge and expertisePipeline generation that is created from inbound inquiries generated from marketing channels and lead outreach from internal enterprise softwareActively conduct pre-call research and planning for prospective clientsUpdate and maintain data integrity within CRM (Salesforce) to ensure client/prospect projections are forecasted accuratelyAbility to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal peers, managers, and leadership to identify best practices to achieve established metricsAbility to achieve established metrics, goals, and quotasLearn, understand, and use business intelligence information of economic buyer profiles for targeted industriesDevelop an understanding of common target buyer needs, pain points with current vendors, and decisions driving buying decisionResponsible for learning the full suite of services offered by the Company to provide knowledgeable information to prospective clientsSuccess in selling will quickly lead to team leadership if desiredOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent4+ years of full cycle sales experienceExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsProven track record of achieving revenue targets, driving revenue growth and expanding market shareIndustry specific experience in complex regulatory environments such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Finance, and Legal preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, both individually and as part of a teamStrong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering custom solutionsStrong project management skills, adept at partnering with internal teams to drive seamless execution and successful delivery of large projectsExperience utilizing Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferredExperience with SaaSExperience using marketing automation softwareWillingness to travel as needed
