At BlueSnap, you’ll join a proactive, quick-thinking team driven to scale our rapid-growth direct sales channel. The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales that result in a targeted set of revenue to achieve BlueSnap’s growth goals. You will identify marketplace opportunities, prospects, and new clients, while developing proposals and managing the contract process. You will also be responsible for ensuring the solution and project execution steps are met in a collaborative and efficient manner. This requires a combination of Discovery, Solutioning, Proposal, ROI and Project Planning and Management. In addition, you will be expected to align with a targeted set of referral partners and integration platform technologies to drive leads and pipeline growth.Responsibilities:Achieving assigned sales targetsProspecting and developing new client relationships within a defined geography or marketActively pursue new clients in the eCommerce/payment processing market, on a cold call basis as well as through established contactsConsulting with clients on business issues and recommending strategies to resolveDeveloping innovative proposals and delivering strategic sales presentations to drive home the ROI and benefits of converting to BlueSnapMaking actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancementsResolving sales or delivery issuesMaintaining prospect, customer profile information ,and deal details in our comprehensive CRM setup with SalesforceProviding management with appropriate sales activity reports in a timely mannerRequirements:3+ years in a Payments and/or eCommerce sales capacity with a successful track-record of increasing sales and developing effective sales strategies in a self-directed mannerOutstanding written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detailsSuperior business and negotiation skillsExtensive industry contactsAbility and willingness to travel as required As an eligible full-time BlueSnap team member you will receive a competitive salary, along with an excellent benefits package which will include BlueCross BlueShield medical and dental insurance, FSA, HRA, vision, life, disability and more!
