We are excited to help Our Client with their growing team! We're looking for a Sales Executive who is motivated and results-driven to join them in Libertyville, IL - Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential The ultimate candidate will have: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in custom print and label or a related field. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) • Skills: strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. • ⚡ Attributes: Highly motivated, organized, self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales goals. Able to work independently and as part of a team. • ✈️ Travel: Willingness to travel locally and nationally to meet clients and attend industry events. Responsibilities
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the custom print and label sector. Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target companies. Be the go-to contact for tailored solutions.
• Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Product Expertise: Master our product offerings to effectively address customer needs and deliver measurable value.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.
• Travel: Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to build relationships and generate new business.
