Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget..Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.Reviews direct competition and conducts regular researchMaintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.Conducts site inspections.To handle all aspects of familiarisation / site inspection clients or groups including enquiry, co-ordination and execution thereof.Responsible for post-fam /site inspection group follow-up such as sending “Thank You Letter” and developing a potential client’s database for future business opportunities.What you bring
