This position’s main responsibility is to implement initiatives to drive incremental revenue from the existing SME merchant. The Salesperson is required to communicate with merchant on a day-to-day basis to identify new business opportunities, as well as provide effective and timely solution to merchant enquiries.
Areas of Responsibilities
Handle and resolve day-to-day sales enquiries and complaints from existing merchants via phone, email and live chat
Make warm calls with existing merchants on a daily basis for customer retention, attrition prevention, and services/ products upselling
Assist in formulating segment strategies and implementing varies program / offers to build merchants&portfolio and enhance customer loyalty
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to provide quality onboarding and after-sales services
Responsible for inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Maintain excellent relationships with merchants
Meet the assigned KPIs and revenue targets and execute new initiatives to generate incremental revenue
Requirements
Higher Diploma/ Degree holder or above
1-3 years experience in sales and service support
Experience in card acquiring and banking industry will be an advantage but not a must
Customer oriented, excellent team players with good servicing attitude and communication skills
Positive, self-motivating mindset and attitude, detail oriented, committed and enthusiastic, capable to work under pressure and multitasking
Has an inspiration to develop career path in the sales field
Fluent in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
Hands on experience of Microsoft Windows software, such as Excel, is required
