Position Overview: As a Sales Executive within our CBS Division, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients while overseeing project management from initiation to completion. Your role will involve generating leads, securing new business, and ensuring the seamless execution of services through our network of independent contractors. Collaborating closely with account managers and fellow sales team members, you will develop and nurture long-lasting business relationships with clients. The CBS sales division offers more than 20 tailored services for clients within the building maintenance sector.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to drive new business growth.
+ Manage the sales process from lead generation through to deal closure.
+ Coordinate project execution with a network of independent contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
+ Collaborate with account managers to maintain ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

This is a base salary + commissions position! Commissions are uncapped.
What you will do...
+ Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients.
+ Manage the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals and make presentations.
+ Win new clients by overcoming objections and preparing appealing proposals.
+ Continually build your prospect pipeline each day, achieving metrics, win business.
+ Utilize and manage our CRM to capture/enter all customer information.
+ Manage the project sold to ensure completion of scope of work through independent contractors.
+ Enjoy and thrive in a positive work atmosphere.
+ Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
2+ years outside B2B sales experience (construction industry preferred but not required).
Demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales.
Project or construction management experience preferred.
Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close.
Experience within a short sales cycle with strong closing skills.
Proficient in CRM systems.
Prior sales training.
Outgoing, dynamic personality.
An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting
Strong MS Office, including Outlook.
Compensation
+ Base salary of $55,000 with additional bonuses and commissions.
+ Top performers have the potential to earn up to $140,000.
+ Mileage reimbursement is provided.
+ Cell phone is provided.
