Sales Executive in Training

The Sales Executive in Training (SEIT) will leverage their skills in new business development, sales appointment setting, and relationship building through a dynamic, sales-driven environment. The SEIT will be dedicated to learning how to drive sales growth while aiming to contribute towards the full sales cycle from lead generation to close. The SEIT will actively collaborate with Operations and Sales teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Hands on training with Sales Executives, Facility Solutions Managers, and Account Compliance

Managers to learn about our services, day-to-day operations, and sales process.

2. Assist in the lead generation process through various channels of communication (field visits, email

outreach, referrals, and personal leads).

3. Build experience in qualifying leads and identifying the decision maker/point of contact within the

prospective clients. Gather a full understanding for identifying our client’s needs.

4. Support the Sales Executives as they navigate the sales process with clients.

5. Meeting with clients to learn how to build rapport, overcome objections, and deliver our exceptional

customer service.

6. Train with Sales Executives to understand and work within the City Wide CRM system. CRM will be

utilized to maintain all client and lead information.

7. Contribute to sales ideas, market data, and development of sales quotes.
