Sales Executive - Regional Trucks

We’re looking for experienced sales professionals to help drive sales growth and customer success across Volvo and Mack Trucks in North America. 

 

As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on new truck sales and/or parts sales, full-service leasing, rental, and contract maintenance services. Your goal will be to increase market share and gross profit while working closely with dealer partners and customers. You’ll leverage your financial acumen, sales expertise, and leadership skills to engage with dealer principals, executives, and other key stakeholders, developing tailored solutions and strategies.

Who are you?
•    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•    5+ years of sales experience in the heavy-duty truck, automotive, or related industry
•    Knowledge of sales and leasing models (Full-Service Lease, Daily Rental, Contract Maintenance) and dealer sales/service contracts
•    Strong financial analysis skills and experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
•    Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, develop strategies, and exceed sales objectives
•    Ability to create competitive strategies, identify new opportunities, and develop breakthrough strategies
•    Strong time management and territory management
•    A passion for Volvo & Mack Trucks and its dealer partners' success
•    Familiarity with applicable state laws and DMV regulations, showing an understanding of the legal environment related to sales and leases in the automotive/truck industry
•    Willingness to travel extensively (70-75%)

At the Volvo Group, we strive for a clear, transparent, and straightforward compensation approach, motivating you to contribute to the company’s growth. For sales roles, the base salary range is set at $92,500 to $133,875, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
