Responsibilities:

Oversee sales operations for new and pre-owned powersports. Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team. Set clear expectations and communicate sales goals to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets. Monitor dealership traffic and manage sales floor coverage. Structure sales deals, navigate financial options, and promote F&I product objectives. Assist with closing sales and introduce various financing options. Keep customers informed throughout the purchasing process and ensure a smooth experience. Review numbers and support the sales team in closing deals.
