Role Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Coordination of SFE projects Ensure effective use of systems and seeks of any technological solutions in order to improve operational excellence of processes.Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly sales and calls reports,Calculates of sales incentives in line with the SIPPrepare and analyse monthly Sales Force Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their annual performance targets and evaluation.Administrate CRM/CLM systems.Track the segmentation, territory alignment and targeting.Train salesforce on CRM and IQVIA reportingManage all consents in CRM and IYSPrepares weekly/monthly IQVIA reportsTracks Omnichannel Activities in CRMRole Mandatory Responsibilities
