Description:
Resource Background in terms of Technology - Siebel , Sales Force, Oracle (if possible) but Sales Force is a must
Requirement:
· QA resources should have functional knowledge of one or more applications involved for this function i.e. SFDC, Siebel and Oracle
· QA resource would help client in its FOE Program by implementing Informatica, Cloud MDM functionality for Customer and Contact Data and associated changes in SalesForce.com (SFDC) application.
· Resource will deliver the functionality as defined in RFP Response using the methodology as defined in RFP Response in scope areas Customer and Contacts, Partner Membership data extraction only.
· Identify the gaps and discuss with business for clarifications.
· Understand the data sources and desired sync up requirements for one time migration as well as for ongoing basis.
· Perform POCs as required to validate the feasibility of technical implementations.
· Revisit the estimation and timelines for launch as per the desired scope.
· Design and Build as per signed off scope.
· Prepare System Integration Test Cases and execute.
· Assist business and provide User Acceptance Testing Support.
· Status Reporting on SIT and UAT.
· Deploy the code & configurations along with data migration tasks .
· System Integration Testing (SIT).
· Prepare SIT Test Scripts.
· Close SIT defects and re-validate.
· Send SIT Status and Defect Summary Reports User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Support business in UAT Scripts.
· Coordinate UAT and provide UAT Support.
· Fix UAT defects* Send UAT Status Reports.
