Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Sales Gallery Coordinator in the hospitality industry based in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, closely collaborating with Sales and Marketing Departments, and assisting guests with their vacation plans. Responsibilities: • Coordinating with the Sales and Marketing Departments as a Front Desk Agent • Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external guests • Taking inventory and stocking all kitchen supplies as a Kitchen Agent • Assisting guests with their vacation plans as a Gifting Agent, including show's and dinner's • Keeping café and refreshment areas cleaned and stocked at all times • Collaborating with the Transportation Team for pick up/drop off guests and collateral coming to and from multiple locations • Issuing Taxi/Uber/Parking reimbursements to internal and external guests • Answering all phone calls and directing them to the appropriate employees • Setting and updating various sales rotations daily • Checking in guests for their sales presentation and assigning appropriate team members with accurate coding.
